Legal stuff: R3M1X3D does, in fact, take sexual harassment seriously.  This is not serious.  In other cases, we would be in compliance with all laws requiring EEOC/OFCCP compliance. Sexual harassment is a serious crime that needs to be well documented.  It is a sexual crime that involves a complaint against an individual.  It can lead to a lawsuit and so it is important for the details to be recorded accurately and truthfully and this form would be handy if it were for something that actually happened.

If you think you have what it takes, fill out the form, and maybe — just maybe — someone will take your claim seriously.  Because, let’s face it, this is a glorified 404 page.
